Adding a New Prospect in eRSP
You can add a new prospect anytime by going to Accounts > Prospects.
Click and enter the information you have about the individual and/or the person inquiring about service (like a family member).
The top blue section is reserved for the person inquiring about service. The bottom white section is for the customer's information (who will be receiving service). The checkbox outlined in orange allows you to copy information from the top section to the bottom. The fields outlined in red are the only ones required.
